1. How much does the program cost?

• Registration Fee: $60 (one-time, non-refundable) due at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot in class

• Program Fee Structure: (Fall Semester 2025)

• 2 Discount Pay in Full Options

- Early Pay in Full by 8/8 - $600

- On Time Pay in Full by 8/18 - $625

- Monthly payment option by 8/25 - $165

* All monthly payments are due by the 25th each month

* Classes have been prorated and monthly payments are the same Aug 2025- Nov 2025

2. What dates do classes begin and end this Fall semester 2025?

- TMS will begin on Thursday 9/4/25 - Thursday 12/11/25

3. Do I have to sign up for a full semester?

No. Elementary and Middle School Students can attend one month, skip a month and return the next. Students do not have to commit to the semester. However, in order to get the full benefits of the program, a semester-long commitment is highly recommended. Also, keep in mind that space is limited and you may be asked to pay a new registration fee.

4. Will pricing ever change?

Program fees may increase or decrease at SAEH’s discretion. However, any changes will not occur during the current semester, ensuring consistent pricing for the duration of your commitment.

5. What do the fees cover?

Your payment supports:

• Use of the facilities for classes.

• Certified, licensed, and insured instructors.

• Supplies such as yoga mats, t-shirts, journals, art supplies, etc.

• Insurance to ensure the safety of all participants.

6. Are discounts and/or payment plans available?

• Sibling Discount: $20 off per sibling per semester.

• One Discount Per Family: Only one discount may be applied per transaction per family. (i.e. you can not apply two discounts)

• We offer payment plans through Klarna and After Pay.

7. Class Schedules by Location and when classes are held:

Trickum Middle School - Mondays and Thursdays mornings, 8am - 9am

*No class when school is closed/out or a digital learning day*

8. What if my child misses a class?

There are no refunds, credits or discounts for missed classes due to any reason including:

• Inclement weather

• Late enrollment

• Personal reasons

* SAEH will make an attempt to make up inclement weather cancellations*

9. What happens if I’m late picking up my child?

• After 10 minutes past pickup time, a $30 late fee will be applied and must be paid before attending the next class.

• After 15 minutes, an additional $1 per minute will be charged.

Please ensure timely pickup to avoid fees.
