1. How much does the program cost?
• Registration Fee: $60 (one-time, non-refundable) due at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot in class

2. What dates do classes begin and end this Fall semester 2025?
- MPC Preschool will begin on Thursday 9/4/25 - Thursday 12/11/25
- HGPS (1 Day Students) will begin on Monday 9/8/25 - Monday 12/8/25
- HGPS (2 Day Students) will begin on Wed 9/3/25 - Wed 12/10/25
3. What do the fees cover?
Your payment supports:
• Use of the facilities for classes.
• Certified, licensed, and insured instructors.
• Supplies such as yoga mats, t-shirts, journals, art supplies, etc.
• Insurance to ensure the safety of all participants.
4. Do I have to sign up for a full semester?
Yes, the preschool program is a semester-long commitment. The fees above cover all scheduled classes for the semester, regardless of attendance.
5. Will pricing ever change?
Program fees may increase or decrease at SAEH’s discretion. However, any changes will not occur during the current semester, ensuring consistent pricing for the duration of your commitment.
6. Are discounts and/or payment plans available?
• Sibling Discount: $20 off per sibling per semester.
• One Discount Per Family: Only one discount may be applied per transaction per family. (i.e. you can not apply two different discounts)
• We offer payment plans through Klarna and After Pay. We also have our NEW monthly payment option.
7. Class Schedules by Location:
• MPC (Mountain Park Preschool):
- Thursdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (1-Day)
• HGPS (Harmony Grove Preschool):
- Mondays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (1-Day Option)
- Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (2-Day Option)
8. What if my child misses a class?
There are no refunds, credits or discounts for missed classes due to any reason including:
• Inclement weather
• Late enrollment
• Personal reasons
SAEH will attempt to make up any classes due to inclement weather*
9. When are classes held?
Classes vary by location:
• MPC: Thursdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• HGPS: Mondays only or Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
*No class when school is out/closed or a digital learning day, if applicable
10. What happens if I’m late picking up my child?
• After 10 minutes past pickup time, a $30 late fee will be applied and must be paid before attending the next class.
• After 15 minutes, an additional $1 per minute will be charged.
Please ensure timely pickup to avoid fees.
